When there is a build up of moss present on the roof surface, we firstly carry out a scrape of the tiles to remove the majority of the growth. We then carry out a full steam clean to the surface to ensure all contaminants are removed giving a clean looking roof and then the roof is treated with a softwash solution which prevents the rapid regrowth of moss and to ensure a 100% kill ratio is achieved.
We use a soft wash that remains active on the tiles to keep killing the plant spores and removes the black bacteria that is growing on the roof. Any yellow algae that is growing on your roof would also be removed through the process. Over the next 3-6 months the roof will continue to clean itself with each wet and dry period.

We contacted CCWC services because we had just got a new 25,000sqft Warehouse that needed cleaning. The new Warehouse consisted of 3 large warehouses knocked into 1 large Warehouse. Each Warehouse had white panels all the way around that had collected so much dust, grease & dirt. I contacted CCWC and I heard back from them the same day and we arranged a meeting. I was met at the Warehouse by a lovely gentleman who was super helpful and explained in details what they would do to achieve best results. When the quote was agreed a booking was made to have a team on sight to have the work done. The two gentlemen who came on sight to do the work were again so helpful, so kind and very good working guys. They managed to finish the job in a couple of days and the outcome was stunning. I was very shocked to see the huge difference the clean had made. The panels come up like new and all the walls/panels were dust, grease and dirt free. So I was a happy lady. The whole round service from the company was 10/10 from start to finish. I would highly recommend this company for any industrial cleaning like I had. What are the benefits of roof cleaning?
Keeping your commercial roof clean is beneficial due to the conditions on the roof making the area dark with dirt/grime and other contaminants.
This increases heat within the building causing the air conditioners to work overtime. The same dirt/debris can also collect and block in the gutters which are usually running the length of the building which are extremely hard to see.
