We contacted CCWC services because we had just got a new 25,000sqft Warehouse that needed cleaning. The new Warehouse consisted of 3 large warehouses knocked into 1 large Warehouse. Each Warehouse had white panels all the way around that had collected so much dust, grease & dirt. I contacted CCWC and I heard back from them the same day and we arranged a meeting. I was met at the Warehouse by a lovely gentleman who was super helpful and explained in details what they would do to achieve best results. When the quote was agreed a booking was made to have a team on sight to have the work done. The two gentlemen who came on sight to do the work were again so helpful, so kind and very good working guys. They managed to finish the job in a couple of days and the outcome was stunning. I was very shocked to see the huge difference the clean had made. The panels come up like new and all the walls/panels were dust, grease and dirt free. So I was a happy lady. The whole round service from the company was 10/10 from start to finish. I would highly recommend this company for any industrial cleaning like I had. How do you ensure the safety of your employees while cleaning industrial units?
The Working at height Hierarchy insists that if the work can be completed from the ground then it must be However; If we are working on a roof that needs cleaning or repairing, we would use a MEWP with sufficient outreach for us to get to the problem to resolve. We would be harnessed into that MEWP with a full body harnesses with the appropriate lanyard. We would never walk on an untested roof or one without suitable edge protection, it’s the same as the building sides.
Do you have experience cleaning industrial units of a similar size and type to mine?
Rest assured over the many many years we have worked safely on a wide range of industrial units from small ones of 2000 square foot to 800,000 square foot warehouses!
Do you have the necessary equipment and supplies to effectively clean and maintain industrial units?
We have invested hugely over the last year to ensure qe have the very best equipment available, time which is maintained frequently to ensure no down for clients.
We also have our very own Spider Lift, which is like a cherry picker but with much more capabilities. It is an 18-metre machine with an incredible 9 metre outreach. We can get this to site within 24hrs. There are not many companies that have this capability.
How do you customize your cleaning services to meet the specific needs of different industrial units?
Firstly we find out what substrate the building is made of, Brick/Stone/Steel Cladding/ Render/K-Rend, we have a multitude of differing methods from Steam cleaning to Hydrofluoric acid (which is extremely harsh). We cntact the manufactures and have discussion with them to ensure there is no damage to the building or substrate.
Do you use environmentally-friendly cleaning products and techniques in your industrial unit cleaning services?
Where possible we use environmental friendly chemicals, we never use any harsh chemicals near any waterways or allow any into storm drains.
How do you handle the disposal of hazardous materials that may be present in an industrial unit?
We will be informed by the client of any hazardous material on site prior to our visit. We would collect and seal any waste and then dispose of this in a local recycling center that properly disposes of hazardous waste whilst following all legislation and provide a document to give to the client for there total satisfaction.
How do you communicate with your clients to keep them informed about the status of the cleaning process?
Emails after every shift with photographic evidence of what has been achieved to that point, we will list everything that has been completed and everything that is still to do.
Can you provide references from current or past clients who have used your industrial unit cleaning services?
Besides projects of companies we have documented on the website, you can also ask us for a list of clients if you need to speak to them, we also have google reviews which you can read on our reviews page
What is your pricing structure for your industrial unit cleaning services, and do you offer any discounts or packages?
Every job starts at £1 per metre plus VAT, we move up the scale depending on the severity of the clean. Cleaning and maintenance packages are our usual services, prevention is always better (and cheaper) than the cure. We do offer s=]discount for these type of packages.
Do you offer any additional services, such as maintenance or repair work, in addition to cleaning?
We offer surveys when we are at site, these are free of charge and give you an informed knowledge of the condition of the areas, we also supply photographic evidence. Then you can either use us to fix/repair/replace or another contractor.
