We contacted CCWC services because we had just got a new 25,000sqft Warehouse that needed cleaning. The new Warehouse consisted of 3 large warehouses knocked into 1 large Warehouse. Each Warehouse had white panels all the way around that had collected so much dust, grease & dirt. I contacted CCWC and I heard back from them the same day and we arranged a meeting. I was met at the Warehouse by a lovely gentleman who was super helpful and explained in details what they would do to achieve best results. When the quote was agreed a booking was made to have a team on sight to have the work done. The two gentlemen who came on sight to do the work were again so helpful, so kind and very good working guys. They managed to finish the job in a couple of days and the outcome was stunning. I was very shocked to see the huge difference the clean had made. The panels come up like new and all the walls/panels were dust, grease and dirt free. So I was a happy lady. The whole round service from the company was 10/10 from start to finish. I would highly recommend this company for any industrial cleaning like I had. Yes, we are Safe Contractor approved, as well as CHAS Accredited which ensures total safety on site. We have IPAF licenses for 1b Static Boom, 3a Mobile Vertical and 3b Mobile Boom, meaning we can use ANY MEWP possible. We also have qualifications to test rooftop man-safe systems and Eye bolts for abseiling and Fall Arrest.

Our staff go through a rigorous training regime, we use a training matrix for staff. Starting with Working at Height moving on to IPAF, PASMA and more.

Do you use environmentally-friendly cleaning products and techniques for your window cleaning services?

Our water has zero impurities meaning its cleaner than standard water. The water is cleaned through a six-stage filtration system taking out the impurities. Welsh Water has around 250ppm (parts per million of impurities) UK average can be 500 ppm making our Welsh Water one of the cleanest around; however, we clean this even further to zero ppb (that’s zero parts per billion)

Sometimes we do use eco-friendly soap for the insides.

How do you customise your window cleaning services to meet the specific needs and preferences of your clients?

We have the ability to work around schedules and the equipment and training to take on any job be it large or small or very complex it all starts with the conversation on what you need cleaning, at what intervals etc and any specific requirements so we can put a specific plan in place for you.

How do you handle emergencies or unexpected issues that may arise during the window cleaning process?

We always supply site-specific RAMS (Risk Assessment and Method Statements) COSSH assessments and onsite toolbox talks which mostly eradicate any issues there and then. Any emergencies such as MEWP and/or BMU failure have their own emergency decent procedures that we are fully trained in. We also learn and follow full-site emergency procedures before any work is commenced.

How do you communicate with your clients to keep them informed about the status of their window cleaning services?

At the end of every shift, our client will know where we are in the window cleaning or maintenance program. They are supplied photographic evidence of our work, we can also capture signatures at the site and give tracked evidence of our vehicles on site if suitable.

What is your pricing structure for your window cleaning services, and do you offer any discounts or packages?

From as little as £0.25 per metre plus VAT, we move up the scale depending on the severity of the cleaning. Cleaning and maintenance packages are our usual services, prevention is always better (and cheaper) than the cure. We do offer a discount for these types of packages.
